If you are flying in from overseas, there is one word of warning we will say: Book your Campervan Rental before you book your flight!  This might sound a little harsh, but you will have much more chance of getting the right vehicle in the right place that is suitable for your needs, if you book a good way in advance. You will find that any savings that you might make on last minute flights will get swallowed up by other expenses occurred by not having the right camper available when and where you need it.  This is of course more of a problem at peak times, such as Easter and the UK Summer school holidays. But don’t let this put you off, it’s not unusual for people to make an enquiry on Thursday and be away on their trip on Saturday.
